The culture at redPear is an extension of our core value: we are not employees, co-workers and customers; we are humans. When you step in to our headquarters, you’ll find some unexpected things: a piano (that gets used regularly), various instruments, and art lining the hallway. We believe in expressions of our individual creativity. We work hard but are always inspired, never afraid to throw down a rendition of a classic 80’s song or challenge each other to a multi-tiered foosball tournament.

We believe in open work stations, freely communicating thoughts and ideas. We believe in opening our extra space up to other local businesses, creating a vibe that extends beyond traditional co-working. You’ll often find code developers and entrepreneurs tossing around ideas together or discussing our individual projects over a Dublin Dr. Pepper or a freshly-brewed French Press.

Every individual in our office is valued equally; there are no hierarchies here. A lot of companies say this, but we put this in to practice every day. New relationships are formed here every day, and exciting projects for the Phoenix community are developed here on a regular basis.
