We’re up to a lot – both individually and in Phoenix.

There is much more happening around redPear HQ than our sites and applications. All of the humans that staff our offices are passionate about what they do. As a result, they have (often many) projects on the side. We support this, loving and nurturing each project as it is planted, grows and finally blooms. We give our people resources and time to do their own thing in our open workspaces. It is a commonly-held philosophy here that what benefits one of us benefits us all.

We are huge fans of living in Phoenix, and are excited daily about the new startups and projects we hear about. We work with other agencies when the time calls for it, and have even invited some local startups to share our work space. As the creative culture continues to develop in Arizona, we are proud to be in the center of the action, surrounded by passionate people and original projects.

To that end, we extend our support to local events and activities that foster this kind of environment. We are proud sponsors (and even participants!) of events like TEDxPhoenix, Ignite Phoenix and PodCampAz. These gigs bring people together in a groundbreaking way and support our vision of developing well-rounded humans, not just projects or skills.
